Parkit Enterprise Inc. to begin trading - Announces $1,000,000 Private Placement
Vancouver, B.C., September 6, 2013 - Greenscape Capital Group Inc. ("Greenscape") TSX‐V: GRN - is pleased to announce that effective Wednesday, September 11, 2013, the Company will change its name to Parkit Enterprise Inc. and begin trading under the new symbol PKT. The shares of the Company will also consolidate on a ten for one basis at that time.
The Company also wishes to announce a $1,000,000 private placement financing of 4 million Units at $0.25 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one post-consolidation common share and one half of one post-consolidation share purchase Warrant, each whole Warrant entitling the purchaser to purchase one common share for the price of $0.40 per share for a period of 2 years.
Use of proceeds will be to initiate the Company's acquisition strategy and for general working capital purposes. This transaction is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
